Top Crime Games on iOS in Kenya: Q2 2025 Performance

In the second quarter of 2025, the crime games category on iOS in Kenya saw varied performance across the top five applications, according to data from Sensor Tower.

MadOut 2: Grand Racing games displayed a fluctuating revenue pattern, peaking at approximately $25 in the final week of June. Downloads showed a decline from 287 in late April to 105 by the end of June. Active users initially increased from 279 in early April to 581 by mid-April, before gradually dropping to 361 by the end of the quarter.

GTA: San Andreas – NETFLIX experienced a modest revenue increase late in the quarter, with a peak of $11 in the week of June 23. Downloads varied, reaching a high of 225 in late April, but declining to 103 by the end of June. The active user base remained relatively stable, with minor fluctuations, ending at 683.

Agent Hunt - Hitman Assassin saw negligible revenue, with a brief peak of $3 in the week of June 23. Downloads decreased significantly, from 135 in early April to a low of 18 by mid-June, before slightly recovering to 68 by the end of the quarter. Active users followed a similar trend, decreasing from 330 to 257 before rebounding to 317.

Gangs Town Story: Grand Crime did not generate revenue throughout the quarter. Downloads were relatively low, peaking at 106 in mid-May, and active users showed a slight increase from 111 in early April to 145 by the end of June.

Lastly, Flex City: Online RP Car Game reported minimal revenue, with a peak of $12 in late April. Downloads spiked dramatically to 298 in mid-June but soon fell to 34 by the end of the quarter. Active users mirrored this trend, increasing from 126 to 688 in mid-June, then decreasing to 457.
